Lyn and Maxwell Britt set out to create a Homestead Kit Home that would suit their property in Kaarimba, Victoria. Their chosen design included a generous rear verandah, the perfect addition for relaxing outdoors or entertaining with family and friends.
The design was supplied with a full COLORBOND® roof upgrade and engineered for a non-cyclonic RR–N3 site classification, ensuring long-term strength and resilience. The project involved careful coordination, with replacements and clarifications managed promptly so Lyn and Maxwell could keep construction moving smoothly.
