As the demand for affordable housing solutions in Australia grows, tiny homes and small home kits are skyrocketing in popularity more than ever before. Perhaps you’re looking to lead a more minimalistic life and feel that tiny homes or a small kit home could be the best solution.
Our range of small kit homes
If you or a loved one is looking for something similar to a tiny home kit in Australia, our team is here to help. The specialists at Wide Span Homes will work closely with you throughout the construction process to ensure that your needs are thoroughly met.
Are Small House Kits Cheaper Than Traditional Homes?
Similar to tiny house kits, our small kit homes are more affordable than traditional new home builds for several reasons. For starters, the majority of the construction is done in a factory off-site which significantly reduces the on-site labour costs. Similar to prefab homes, many of the materials needed to build kit homes are purchased in bulk, reducing material costs as well.
Our small home kits have been transformed into everything from a family home or guest house to a home office or dream closet. One of the beautiful things about these DIY kits is that you have the freedom to not only choose your own floor plan, but to design the interior of your tiny home however you want.
Up to 20 years warranty
The Bluescope steel used in our kit homes come with a warranty of up to 20 years. Ideal for the owner builder or project manager, our kit homes give you the flexibility to finish the home in line with your budget, taste, and timeframe. At Wide Span Homes, we supply the steel frame structure and shell of the home, allowing you to source the rest so you can get the best deal on your finishings.
