When Craig and Karen started looking at options for a secondary dwelling on their property, they had a very special reason in mind.
With one of their sons preparing to get married and looking to take his first steps into married life, finding an affordable place to call home was proving challenging. With plenty of room on their property, Craig and Karen saw an opportunity to create something that would give their son a place of his own, without having to move too far from family.
After exploring their options, the Cabin 85 stood out as the perfect fit.
The result is a comfortable new home that allows their son and daughter-in-law to enjoy their independence while staying close to the people who matter most.
But the benefits don't stop there. For Craig and Karen, the Cabin 85 is also an investment in their future, providing a retirement option for when the time comes to downsize and enjoy a simpler lifestyle.
What started as a way to help their son get into a home of his own has turned into a solution that works for the whole family, both now and into the future.
Sometimes, the best home solutions are the ones that bring everyone a little closer.
